JOIN HOLY COMFORTER
No matter where you are in your spiritual journey or who you are, there is a place for you at The Cathedral of All Souls.
This is a place where all are welcomed and appreciated simply for who they are. As Jesus modeled, we seek to be a community where people are not judged for what they believe, don't believe, have experienced in life, or have not experienced. Instead, we seek to obey the “first and greatest” commandment to love God and love our neighbors as ourselves, as we live out the questions of the Episcopal baptismal covenant: “Will you seek and serve Christ in all persons, respecting the dignity of every human being?”.
Have you been baptized, or are you baptized but not yet confirmed?
Our clergy and staff members will be happy to help guide you through our baptismal process and confirmation process. The Episcopal Church has the custom to baptize the very young, although we baptize all ages. Customarily, there is a second step to take as an adult: to accept as your own the promises made on your behalf when you were younger. This is known as confirmation. We offer confirmations once a year when the Bishop of our diocese visits.
Are you a Confirmed Episcopalian?
We are happy to help assist you in transferring to our Parish. Please contact Cat Sykes, Parish Administrator, ([email protected]) to request a letter of transfer. You will need to provide the following information: Name of Church you would like to transfer your membership from Dates of your baptism and confirmation, if you know them.

Not sure if Holy Comforter is for you?
We welcome you to join us during one of our worship services and get a firsthand experience of our Holy Comforter community. We also hold Coffee in the Parlor or Lemonade on the Lawn during the summer every Sunday at 11:30am after the 2nd service. This is a general introduction to Holy Comforter offering an opportunity for for newcomers to meet one another and other parishioners, have their questions answered, and make connections with those involved in various parish ministries. All are welcome! If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to our Sunshine Committee Coordinator, Susan Ryan at [email protected].
